Vista Gems ships to over 120 international destinations. We can ship to virtually every country in the world. Shipment typically takes anywhere from 7-21 days for delivery.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept online payments by:
Debit or credit card through PayPal (without registering for a PayPal Account).
Credit card through Stripe.
PayPal-Credit via PayPal (make your payments in installments).
How do I return a gem to you?
If you need a return a gem to us during the inspection period, simply email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the gem IDs of the items you wish to return. We’ll check your order and send you a return authorization code and specific return instructions
Do I need to register an account to buy gems online from Vista Gems?
Yes, customer account is required to buy gems online from our website. We welcome and service all private buyers, jewelry retailers, wholesalers and resellers!
After placing an order with us, we automatically open an account for you, so that you can view your order history, view your order history and even track your shipments with the shipping codes we provide you.
